I have a question – i’m a resident of the U.S. but my husband is in the military so I am actually in Okinawa Japan right now (where he is stationed). But I still want to take a crack at this. Can I?

I agree that the limitation for location is probably due to legal restrictions than anything else. As far as US law is concerned, doing a simple giveaway is not easy. Don’t beat the team up for it.

So, get a workaround. I am a US citizen, but was a resident of Mexico for many years. I just had anything like this shipped to some family members in the US and they would send it to me. If you win, find a friend in the US to have it shipped to. I don’t think there is anything illegal about that. The Evernote team just can’t ship outside of those locations.

Well, I appreciate this way of advertisement, but am disappointed of its absence in Non-US market, we can not afford not to be using it.

you guys are silly – these things are probably not selling that well (especially now with alternative available) and they cant be shipped out of the states for legal reasons, i bet. thats all. nothing personal.

C’mon number seven! Baby needs a new pair of shoes! Well, not really, as she seems to spend most of my money on them, but, as that is invariably the case, I very much need a Eye-Fi card as it would eliminate the need for me to tediously transfer my pictures from my camera to my computer to Evernote. So, well, there you go. Thanks for the promo all!
