Third time’s a charm 🙂 You should probably tweet the number of responses to your hotline every other day to encourage people to participate. I would have one question for you: If you have had a serious case acute evernotitis and you have 3000+ notes in your repository, but have not been very disciplined about cleaning all this… what’s the road to salvation?

I mean by that, the brain is a fantastic tool because it tends to forget things that are not relevant anymore… It helps you travel light. Obviously, in the contrary, Evernote is great because it does not forget, but when you have dozens and dozens of notes to check to find wha you want, and duplicates, etc. well, what do you do? (except getting organized)

You guys keep coming up with more & more new features. I have a “frequent logins” folder and Evernote is at the top of the folder. You even have ideas for such niches as knitting … I don’t knit anymore but if I still did, I would love your idea.

Would love for you guys to address the recent downtime (at least twice in two weeks) and why there is no communication to the customers when this happens. I am a premium customer and a huge fan of Evernote, but downtime (planned or not) is a lot easier on us when you use Twitter or something to try to notify your customers.

This is even worse with clients that do not have local storage like mobile clients.
