It’s time for another Evernote Giveaway…WoooHooo!

This time around, we are giving away a handful of awesomely amazing Eye-Fi wireless SD cards that magically send photos from your digital camera right into your Evernote account without wires or cables. We’ve talked about why we’re fans of Eye-Fi our blog in the past. Due to shipping restrictions, this contest is open to residents of the United States and Canada only.

How to enter

Entering is super simple and takes two steps.

Follow @evernote and @eyeficard on Twitter
Send a public Twitter message to @evernote containing the hashtag #evernote_eyefi

You can include other text in your tweet like, such as “Please pick me” or “Evernote and Eye-Fi rule” or “My life is not complete without Evernote and Eye-Fi,” but you must have the full hashtag as written above. You only need to tweet once to be entered and multiple entries or flattery won’t increase your chances of winning. Don’t forget to follow @evernote and @eyeficard.

How will I know if I won?

We will announce our randomly selected winners on our Facebook fan page on Friday, June 5th at 12pm PST. We’ll accept entries until 12pm PST on Thursday, June 4th. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Twitter, so you must follow @evernote.

you guys are silly – these things are probably not selling that well (especially now with alternative available) and they cant be shipped out of the states for legal reasons, i bet. thats all. nothing personal.

Well, I appreciate this way of advertisement, but am disappointed of its absence in Non-US market, we can not afford not to be using it.

I agree that the limitation for location is probably due to legal restrictions than anything else. As far as US law is concerned, doing a simple giveaway is not easy. Don’t beat the team up for it.

So, get a workaround. I am a US citizen, but was a resident of Mexico for many years. I just had anything like this shipped to some family members in the US and they would send it to me. If you win, find a friend in the US to have it shipped to. I don’t think there is anything illegal about that. The Evernote team just can’t ship outside of those locations.
