As far as US law is concerned, doing a simple giveaway is not easy. Don’t beat the team up for it.

So, get a workaround. I am a US citizen, but was a resident of Mexico for many years. I just had anything like this shipped to some family members in the US and they would send it to me. If you win, find a friend in the US to have it shipped to. I don’t think there is anything illegal about that. The Evernote team just can’t ship outside of those locations.
