scansnap-giveaway

We’re excited to announce the third Evernote Giveaway: Fujitsu ScanSnap S300 scanners. We will give away one scanner every remaining Friday in July (that’s four total!).

These little scanners rock, especially when used together with Evernote. After a quick setup, a single button push sends your business cards, receipts, documents and anything else directly into Evernote on your desktop. Then, as with everything in Evernote, those scans are made available across every computer and device you use. Couldn’t be easier. Scroll down to see our video.

How to enter

Entering is super simple and takes two steps:

Tweet once per person per week to be entered into that week’s drawing.

How will I know if I won?

We will announce a randomly selected winner on our Facebook fan page at 12pm PST on July 10th [video], 17th [video], 24th, and 31st. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Twitter, so you must follow @evernote.

This giveaway is open to all Evernote users. Winners will choose between the Windows and Mac versions of the scanner.

Now is it only one entry per person per weeek or do we get more entries the more we tweet

    • Andrew Sinkov

@John Yes, once per person per week.

I am thinking about buying a Scansnap but I am a bit confused about the fact that I have to decide if I wanna get a Windows or a MAC version but since I am need the work with both OS.

Will a scansnap work on both OS ??

How about sweetening the pot with a Premium membership, so one has the bandwidth to use the scans…?

I’m confused about that “public message”.. does this mean that Tweets from private accounts aren’t counted or only that direct messages won’t go through?

I had seen the scansnap on lifehacking.nl and it came highly recommended. I gues combining it with Evernote makes a lot of sense.

Thanks for limiting the number of tweets to enter to one per week. Some other campaigns are a bit too present in the Twitterverse. #moonfruit anyone ;-)

  • John

BTW the # tag is too long, won’t show up in searches on twitter.

“This giveaway is open to all Evernote users.”

All all, or North Amreican all?

Just checking, if it is a global contest, thanks for listening!

And I agree the Tweet limit is a good thing.

    • Andrew Sinkov

      @Allan All all

So do I need to go public to participate or can I keep my profile locked? :p

These Fujitsu scanners are a godsend. We save a lot of time by feeding docs into these scanners. I have one for my macbook and it’s even slightly portable.
