Although the data will be in both places, you can now organize the notebooks into stacks and collapse the ones you don’t want to see. So at home you won’t see your work notebooks and vice versa.

I use Evernote for home and for work. I don’t want my home data on my work computer and vice versa. My wife wants my recipes notebook on her laptop, but not my nerd stuff, nor my work stuff. But, I use my iPhone for home and work and need to be able to access everything from it.
