We’re always looking for new and interesting ways to answer your questions. Recently, we discovered a service called Vyou, which lets you create video responses to posted questions. We’ve answered around thirty so far and more responses are on the way. Click on a question along the right side of the video box to see our answer. Have something on your mind? Ask away.

Hi ya Evernote guys,

I’ve been a long term user on both OS X and PC, however the latest version is really slowwww. Version 4.2.1 just lags like crazy even when I just paste a couple of paragraphs of clipboard text.

Only happens on the PC version, but not the Mac (really smooth on this one).

It’s quite hard to work with the current version due to this “lag time”. Any idea when the next update will be?

I would love Evernote to save my note settings (like Font) so when I install it on a new machine all of my customizations would be applied from my account.

I think this video answers thing is a great idea… But what are you saying to your apple customers when we cannot even view them?

I’m a new user. Do you have a tutorial where I can learn to navigate this neat all? I really like it after playing around with it and is like to use it as many ways as I can.

I’m a bit upset not sure what’s wrong but attempted to use the additional keyboard option to move a new note where i want it to and that option will not work. PLEASE HELP ME. Check everywhere of trying to fix it and no luck. I really like this app and would love to use it more.
