RE #29 Pun spelled backwards is nup. We never get “e” nup of those puns! Ever note that?

Folks, you mentioned the new links feature (ok, new as of June) during the show, and I was exited to investigate/learn more. But I’ve found it very difficult to locate any info on the site about it. I’ve searched the KB (for “links”) and the 5 results don’t seem related. I searched the blog and found only one entry, when it was released, but with not much info nor any link to more. And finally I see no link offered here in the show notes.

I suppose some reader may snap back, “dude, it’s so easy there’s no need to have a page about it”, but since it does seem to be such a potentially important feature, it would seem a page devoted to it should exist, if nothing so that it can inform people of the feature, and help them see uses. (But even for someone like me who does get that already, I’m really looking for more on how the feature works. Sorry if I’m seeming lame in asking that.)

As always, just trying to help. Thanks for the great work on EN, and on the show, of course! :-)

Any thoughts on this, from a couple of weeks ago?

        Hi Charlie,
The best place to look is this blog post, which describes the feature: http://blog.evernote.com/2011/06/15/big-evernote-desktop-update-windows-and-mac-get-note-links-note-copying-and-much-more/

Thanks for your reply, Andrew, to me above on 9/13. Curiously, there was no “reply” link offered under that comment. Maybe you impose a depth limit for visual appearance sake, but wanted to say thanks.

Also, would you guys please consider making it so that this comment system will email us when anyone replies to our comments? It’s such a pain having to remember to come back and check regularly. It’s a stark break from the quality of customer service we otherwise get from Evernote.

Great tool, great podcast. Keep up the great work.

The Windowa and android phone verion supports the checkbox
Would there be any update soon to enable that on the ipad soon?
