UNDESERVED! I can’t believe anyone awarded you people anything the way you treat your customers! I used to like the service but now that you’ve burned me and caused me to STARVE for a week I will recommend to EVERYONE I know NOT to use this service. Plenty of ways to take notes for FREE!

And BTW if you are winning awards you should probably be making enough money. You shouldn’t have to steal it from poor college students.
