Will we see PenU's folder system change? By biggest issue with PenU has always been the way it displays the notebooks. I think Noteability does a better job of organizing your notes while PenU has always been far and away the best for capturing notes.

I am very happy to see these two applications join together.

Unfortunately, when our team is attempting to troubleshoot a bug that is not reproducible on our side, we need to gather additional information in order to file the bug. I do see your case was routed to a specialist to try to determine why your account is behaving this way.

I am having an exasperating experience with Evernote. I have been working with support for weeks and cannot seem to get a simple question answered. I have to believe senior management would be horrified by the process. Whenever I attaché a word document to a note, it either attaches as a file that can be opened in .txt or one that can be opened in word. I need to be able to open my attachments in word without having to copy and paste. I have asked support numerous times if this is how it should work but they only ask for more information that I do not always understand but never answer my direct question. I am using the free version and will not consider upgrading until I know if this is possible. I am now using Dropbox for saving files for a project when I use Evernote for the rest of data capture. HELP
