Evernote DevCup 2012 winner, EverClip,  is the simplest solution for saving texts, documents, webclips, and images to Evernote on an iPhone or iPad. It runs in the background so you can clip as you work between apps, and later send everything to Evernote. You can add tags and comments, and group multiple clips into one note.

You have to boot up EverClip and then do your clipping, then go back to EverClip to process the clippings. If you want to clip webpages, try EverWebClipper instead. With the bookmark applet installed, you don’t have to boot up an app ahead of time, and all of the processing is done in the background and sent automatically to Evernote.
