Becoming an Evernote user starts with creating a note. Everything in your Evernote account lives inside notes which can later be organized into notebooks, by tags, and are completely searchable.

Today, we’re going to show you how to create notes in Evernote. This tip is intended for users who are new to Evernote.

What can you put in a note

Did you know that you can capture:

  • Text

  • Checkboxes
  • Audio
  • Web Clips
  • PDFs and other files

    emailing with tags. Great idea, but testing reveals that you must create the notebook or tag before it will work. You should be able to send an email with the tags @testnotebook #testtag and have Evernote create the notebook and tag if they do not already exist.

    Will Penultimate come out for google play soon? I really want to use it for school but I have an andriod tablet and Penultimate is only for Ipad could you please make available for us andriod users it looks really good!
