With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we’ve got a few quick tips to help you prepare.

Collect Your Favorite Recipes

Download the Evernote Web Clipper and start collecting recipes from your favorite sites and blogs. Everything you save from the web will be available to you everywhere you have installed Evernote, including your mobile devices.

Got Evernote Food? All the recipes saved to your Evernote account will automatically be pulled into Evernote Food so you can bring your tablet into the kitchen for a handy, easy-to-read reference.

The ScanSnap Evernote Edition Scanner makes it simple and fast to digitize physical recipes and organize them in Evernote. Scan your grandmother’s handwritten pie instructions, magazine pages or 3×5 recipe cards to build on your digital recipe collection.

Make a Game Plan

Once you’ve collected your recipes, pull together a day-of game plan — when the turkey has to go in the oven, when to defrost the pie dough, etc. Create a New Note with a shopping list checklist so you don’t have to run out last minute for a stick of butter. Set a Reminder the day before to ensure anything that needs to get prepped ahead of time is completed.

Start a Tradition

Take the stress out of holiday planning next year by saving everything in Evernote. Create a New Notebook called “Holiday 2013″ and save your recipes, shopping lists, game plan, and any notes about favorite dishes and flops. Next year, you can save time searching for recipes, avoid any cooking disasters, and skip the planning stage entirely.

We hope you have a great holiday!
