When you’re building relationships with current or potential customers, use Evernote Business for Salesforce to help you leverage the work of your team so you can save time and work efficiently. When you create or view a record in Salesforce.com or in Salesforce1, you’ll automatically see any Related Notes within the Evernote Business window without duplicating work and allowing you to tap company knowledge.

For example, if a team member previously had an introductory call with a potential customer, the notes they took during the meeting may show up in the Related Notes area in the Evernote Business window within Salesforce. Content that may show up as Related Notes from colleagues could include:

  • Previous meeting notes
  • Handwritten ideas about a person or company’s needs
  • Web research on a company or an industry
  • Audio clips with ideas to help you deepen a relationship
  • PDFs of proposals or RFP drafts

Be Better Prepared for Meetings with Customers

You can attach any Related Notes directly to the Salesforce record. Simply click the link button. You and your team can then easily access important notes quickly when the Salesforce record is viewed on the web or on Salesforce1 on a mobile device, letting your team add context and color to your conversations so you can better meet the needs of the people you’re working with.
