Dolphin lets you seamlessly save web content to Evernote on your mobile device with its built-in Web Clipper integration. The app will format what you clip in Evernote, and just as with the Evernote Web Clipper, you can specify the destination notebook, add tags, annotate your web clips, and access them from anywhere you’ve installed Evernote.

You need to install Dolphin: Evernote Add-on from Dolphin Add-ons. When you try to use it for the first time it will ask you to login to your Evernote account and authorize a device. After that, you will be able to chose a destination notebook and assign a tag.
