I plan to get better at organizing receipts for warranty repairs and cut down on clutter

Wow, so many things I can use it for… capturing receipts, hand written notes and writings for my stories (sometimes the thoughts flow more freely when hand written), meeting notes we put on the whiteboard, just to name a few off the top of my head (I have both Mac and iOS devices if I’m so lucky as to win the software =D)…

I’d use it to scan in old handwritten recipes and the backs of old photographs. Awesome!

This will be great for the handwritten notes I take in lectures and converting handouts to editable text!

I’ve been trying to help my parents make their small business paperless for a while now. I’m interested in trying the Prizmo / Evernote combination because it solves the main requirements: 1) An easy-to-use, always available way to scan any piece of paper, and 2) a persistent place where everything can be kept and searched for in the future.

I’ll use it for receipts and other sales documentation.

My mom and I want to scan pics and letters for my 8 siblings. This would be a great way to do it. So neat to see my 80 year old mom get so excited by APPS!

I would use Prizmo to further enhance my Evernote experience… scanning and saving business cards, keeping copies of invoices, capturing ideas on the go, and storing various records. This is exactly what I need!

Wow… this is awesome. I love that i can search text in pdf’s but to be able to have that text editable would help in keeping track of finances and also when scanning notes and papers that were printed but we no longer have a digital copy!

I’m always writing ideas on whiteboards and would love to be able to take a pic of the board and have searchable notes.

This will be great to document sites on vacation. I always snap pics of signs and markers to remind me of what I’ve seen and will now be able to use Pizmo for searchable text as documentation

I use the mobile version of Evernote on my tablet when conducting field inspections of permit systems during code enforcement for my city. Often times, I need to copy data from contractor records or invoices. Other scanning apps only attach an image (without the associated data) into the notes I’m using. Prizmo would be of an immense help as it would streamline the capture of this data and would reduce my efforts to have it as part of the note. Tagging, recording and synching data through Prizmo would allow me and my office to be more productive and effective in our tasks.

I’ve used Prizmo forever, and it’s a natural thing to start using it together with Evernote. A perfect connection I’d highly recommend to other people!

I would have to say, this would be one of the final nails in the coffin for paper coming into my office. It would mean that I could confidently scan any print material and save on office storage space for same. OCR would be amazing.

    Thanks for the awesome giveaway!
I take lots of pictures to remember things, so it would be great to have as editable text I can use in Evernote.

As a freelance copywriter, I use Evernote to build my swipe file. I often come across articles and ads that are just so well written, they demand to be captured. The problem is that the magazine or newspaper I’m looking at isn’t mine!

Prizmo would be of enormous help with that task.

On a more personal note, I can see that using Prizmo would be of benefit to my mother whose eyes aren’t what they used to be. Taking a picture of an article with a small font and turning it into a larger font (or allowing software to read it for her) would be a terrific boost to her.

Really neat app you guys have here. I’d love to give it a shot and see what it can do.

I will use Prizmo to scan my bills & receipts and make it searchable with the notes about splitting it with friends (reminder and tracking money to be split)

  • Wilber_Force

i travel a lot and need a better way to keep/process bills. This should be it!
