Every November, legions of writers participate in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), a global competition to complete a 50,000 word novel.

NaNoWriMo is a lofty challenge, and Evernote hopes to inspire writers to reach their goal.

For many users, Evernote has been a tool to collect inspiration, research, and manage the daily workflow required for success. It’s well suited to provide support for every aspect of writing, from research to publication.

New way to write
During the 4th Annual Evernote Conference, we unveiled the new, beautiful Evernote Web, which provides our best writing experience ever.

When you write, the interface fades away allowing your words to stand out. When you need it, the Evernote Web beautifully re-emerges. Now, more than ever, the Evernote Web client becomes a creative destination for you to craft your story, distraction free.

From start to publish
For many authors, Evernote is the place where ideas are assembled into words transition into stories. The white canvas of a note (or, the Evernote Web) is a comfortable place to pour out prose and organize the elements of a publication into place.

Now, with an integration by FastPencil, authors have a full-fledged tool to create and distribute a book in Evernote, from start to publish. FastPencil is proud to support WriMos by providing 40% off of their distribution package (use promo code NNWM40 at checkout. This offer is valid thru November 30, 2014). You can easily upload your Evernote notes into FastPencil. Learn more.
