We’re excited to announce that the Evernote Web Clipper and Evernote Clearly are now available for the Opera Browser 15 and above.

The Evernote Web Clipper

With the Evernote Web Clipper, Opera users will be able to easily clip and save anything they see online directly into their Evernote accounts. When you clip something from the web, the handy popup box will allow you to choose your destination notebook in Evernote and add tags. It’ll also display Related Notes from you account that are similar to what you’ve clipped.

Having the Web Clipper installed also makes your web searches more intelligent by displaying Related Results alongside your web searches. Related Results are notes from your account that are somehow related to the search that you’re performing in Google, Bing, Yahoo!, and other search engines.

Evernote Clearly

Evernote’s Clearly extension is the most elegant, distraction-free way to read content online. When you arrive on a blog post, articles or webpage, simply click the lamp icon and the page layout transforms into a reading-optimized view.

If you find a particularly interesting section of text, you can click on the highlighter tool and select it. If you want to keep reading later, simply clip the article to Evernote. Any highlighted sections will be clipped too. As you read, we’ll also show you Related Notes from your account to help you rediscover things you may have forgotten.

Evernote Premium users get even more out of Clearly with text-to-speech, which will actually read the page to you. Just click on the icon and sit back. Upgrade your account to Evernote Premium »
