If you’re in sales, the culmination of your work arrives when you successfully meet the needs of your customers. At that point, you can use Evernote Business for Salesforce to help you stay organized.

In Evernote Business for Salesforce, you can store your proposals and any supporting documents in notes and share those notes directly with your customer. Include items like:

  • Final proposals
  • Industry research
  • PDF reports
  • Spreadsheets or other analysis documents

Contract in Evernote Business for Salesforce

As you work toward success with the people you’ve been building relationships with, continue to use Evernote Business to consolidate the paperwork and the rest of the details, like storage of signed contracts. Paper contracts can be scanned with the ScanSnap Evernote Edition, and signed PDFs you’ve received via email can be forwarded directly to Evernote Business. Everything you’ve stored can be linked to your customer’s Salesforce record for easy access later.
