Mobile devices help bridge the gap between our work and personal lives. When you are away from the office, use Evernote as a way to share information to colleagues quickly. And when you’re at work, use Evernote to send content to family and friends.

Here’s a few ways you can share with friends, family, or colleagues using Evernote on your smartphone:

* Share a note using email
* Send a to-do list of errands or grocery items for the week
* Send an agenda in advance of a business meeting
* Post a reading list for a class website, or notes from a lecture
* Snap a photo of something important, and send it to a friend or family member for input
* Capture a photo of a contact’s business card
* Remember your expenses while out and about by snapping photos of receipts

What type of content do you share using Evernote? Share your story and tips in the comments for the Evernote community!

    I’ve set up a blog/site that does one thing only: I give the links to shared Evernote notebooks. Each notebook contains all of the subtitle files for a particular TV series (a note for each episode). That way you can search any spoken dialogue within an entire TV series: anylineyouwant.blogspot.com
    So far I have: How I met your mother, Lost, House MD, The Big Bang theory and Game of thrones. Enjoy!

      The beauty of using subtitle files is that we also have the timestamps… So one can locate a phrase really quickly on, say, netflix or your set of DVDs.

    I’m not sure why this is on the list: “Send a to-do list of errands or grocery items for the week” because you can’t create a check-box list on android phone.

    I needed to refill a prescription so instead of carrying the medicine bottle with me, I snapped a picture of the label and added to Evernote and tagged it with the @Today tag that I use for things that really need my attention.
