Evernote Business customers asked, and we listened: single sign-on (SSO) has been one of our most-requested features for business accounts, and we’re excited to announce that this feature is now live!

Here’s how SSO makes Evernote more efficient for teams:

It streamlines the login flow. It allows employees to use their primary login password to sign in to Evernote.

Custom password policies are enforced.Your company’s required password elements, such as length, complexity, re-use, and expiration are part of the flow.

You determine session timeout length. Account administrators can configure their company’s session timeouts to require users to authenticate as often as needed.

It works with your two-factor solution. Admins can also use their own two-factor solution and easily ensure that all users have it enabled.

If you’re an Evernote Business admin, learn more about setting up single sign-on for your team.

Also, we’ve updated the Evernote Business admin console.

The redesigned account summary provides insights into how your team is using Evernote, and also notifies you if you have pending invitations to approve. We’ve also completely redesigned the manage notebooks interface to make it faster and easier to use.
