In previous posts, you’ve seen the many ways our Evernote Certified Consultant and Evernote Community Leaders connect with people around the world. They all want to share the value that Evernote brings to their lives. But what do you need to take part in one of these programs?
Discover the Evernote Community
Evernote Community programs give you tools to share your Evernote knowledge, either online or in-person, anywhere in the world.
If you want to be more than just part of the community, and would like to help lead and help shape it, apply to be an Evernote Certified Consultant or an Evernote Community Leader.
Both groups provide training, tools, and resources to help bring your organization and productivity skills to the communities.
Apply for the Evernote Community programs
Due to the different requirements between the two programs, you can’t be a member of both. Make sure you determine which program is the best fit for you before you apply. To help decide which program is a fit, consider the differences:
The Evernote Community Leader program is for people who are so excited about Evernote that they just can’t keep it to themselves. These folks have exceptional leadership qualities and tons of enthusiasm. If you want to show people how you organize your notes in Evernote, this program could be a great fit for you. Whether over a coffee or leading an event, Evernote Community Leaders help people excel in their work and daily lives. They also offer new and tantalizing Evernote tips wherever they go.
If you’re already a business consultant and you want to show your clients how Evernote can help them, the Evernote Certified Consultant program is a perfect match. Because you’ll be trained and approved Evernote consultants, your customers will know that you bring best practices and practical knowledge to make Evernote a key part of their workflow.
The application is simple. Just fill out a brief questionnaire.
Tell us why you’d be a great fit for our programs. Be prepared to tell us a bit about you, your work, and how you plan on using your status should you be accepted.
We read each application and choose the best candidates from around the world. Due to the high volume of applicants, it may take several weeks for us to respond to you.
Evernote Community Training
Once accepted, you’ll move on to the training course for either the Evernote Community Leader or Evernote Certified Consultant programs.
We start courses at the beginning of a month, and each lasts about two weeks. During these two weeks, you’ll be able to complete the training at your own pace. Each course covers innovative uses of Evernote and provides ideas for connecting with people who want to know more about Evernote. You’ll have the opportunity to take quizzes, submit custom workflows, and network with your classmates. You’ll learn from the Evernote team and each other! After you complete the course, we review all the coursework. Usually, this takes a couple of weeks (we read every submission and exercise). If you pass the course with 85% or higher, you’ll gain official status as an Evernote Community Leader or an Evernote Certified Consultant.
Join the Evernote Community
That’s just the beginning. Once you’re part of the program, you’ll receive resources directly from Evernote to help you work with customers, including private webinars, updates, and insider information. But even better, you’ll become a part of a global community. Your fellow community members help you brainstorm about spreading your passions to your community, celebrate your successes, and work on projects. Being part of a global community means that you can partner with Evernote fans from around the globe, and build partnerships and friendships, too.
Bring your love of Evernote to your community. Apply for the Evernote Certified Consultants or Evernote Community Leader program today.
